ChipMOS' assembly facilities are located in Southern Taiwan Science Park, Tainan, Taiwan. All our facilities are equipped with the state-of-the-art temperature, humidity and power monitoring controls with well-defined quality and calibration systems in place.

The facility currently provides assembly services for memory, logic and mixed-signal semiconductors. It is also the manufacturing base for our Display driver IC (DDIC) and semiconductors assembly and test services. The area for assembly production covers more than 50,000 square meters. The operation is supported by over 2,800 staff members.
