The Responsible Business Alliance® (RBA®) Code of Conduct establishes standards to ensure that working conditions in the electronics industry supply chain are safe, that workers are treated with respect and dignity, and that business operations are environmentally responsible and conducted ethically.

ChipMOS complies with the RBA code of conducts and applies such as the policy and guidelines to manage the suppliers in terms of environment and human rights, and clearly specifies the five management scopes for suppliers, including: (1)Labor (2)Health and Safety (3)Environment (4)Ethics (5)Management System.
