Social Engagement

ChipMOS has identified "Environmental Sustainability" and "Fulfillment of Public Welfare" as our two major visions, we focus on "Environmental Friendliness," "Community Feedback," "Care for the Disadvantaged,” and “Talent Cultivation” as the four main cores to fulfill our corporate social responsibility. A series of public welfare and environmental sustainability activities have been launched to engage all our employees in responding to these initiatives. We hope that through the power of enterprises, we can disseminate positive influence and deliver warmth to every corner of society.

Besides, we also actively respond to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), focusing on three SDGs (SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being, SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities)，and refer to the "Corporate Community Investment Assessment Mechanism" developed by the London Benchmark Group (LBG) to manage our investments in social charity. Through this mechanism, we assess the time, cost, in-kind donations, and management expenses associated with each project under the four major cores, demonstrating the benefits of these initiatives. We work together with our colleagues and stakeholders to fulfill our vision of working for a better society.
