ChipMOS continued to participate in the “2023 TALENT, in Taiwan”

2023-02-07

The cultivation and development of talent has always been an operational development goal of ChipMOS. In response to the growing global trends of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), which emphasize the importance of talent and social responsibility, ChipMOS is proud to announce its participation in the “TALENT, in Taiwan” initiative!

We are committed to 6 key indicators of sustainable talent action: “Meaning and Value,” “Diversity and Inclusion,” “Organizational Communication,” “Reward and Incentives,” “Physical and Mental Well-being,” and “Talent Development.” By taking concrete actions, we strive to maintain our competitive edge in cultivating sustainable talent amidst the dynamic challenges of the industry.

Moving forward, we will continue to collaborate with “Common Wealth Learning,” “Cheers Happy Workforce,” and over 200 alliance partners to advocate for the “Hope Project for Talent Cultivation.” Together, we endeavor to create a better future for every worker.
