ChipMOS is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment and actively creating a safe and friendly workplace. Following the “ChipMOS Safety and Health Policy” and with the main focus on “Well-being, Comfort, and Peace of Mind”, ChipMOS promotes health promotion, health behavior change, and environmental safety protection to promote the health of employees' body and mind, and expands the awareness of safety and health to all the supply chain to implement the supply chain responsibility management, and enhance the safety and health of labor force in the whole factory.
ChipMOS believes that a healthy workforce is the foundation of a successful business. We create an all-around healthy workplace so that all employees can receive comprehensive health care and achieve work-life balance. Diversified health checkups, from the source for the health of employees, continued for more than 21 years to organize annual employee health checkups, and discuss with doctors. We provide health check programs that are better than the regulations, and have been including the top 10 cancers in our screening programs for more than 12 years, so that we can find out the health killers. Total health management, 100% implementation of health check exception tracking management, employees can grasp the health data and personal health guidelines through the health management system, and with a series of health promotion activities and health theme promotion, in order to achieve the fundamental care of health problems.
In terms of safety, we continue to improve the safe and hygienic working environment, so that all workers can work with peace of mind and create high efficiency and high quality work performance. Starting from 2019, ChipMOS will introduce automated intelligent factories to improve the high repetitive operations and high-risk environments that cause injuries and reduce the overloading of personnel, and strive to achieve zero injuries. ChipMOS will continue to actively integrate intelligent assistance to improve work safety and avoid human hazards, creating a better work efficiency and environment.
