ChipMOS releases ESG reports every year, and the disclosure of complete information by complying with the GRI standards. For two consecutive years, ChipMOS has been awarded as one of the top 10% of the TWSE-listed electronics companies of the “Active Review and Selection Program of Occupational Health and Safety Indicators Disclosed in the Corporate Sustainable Reports” organized by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Ministry of Labor, demonstrating that ChipMOS values occupational health and safety and implements the ESG sustainable development promotion.

 

ChipMOS will continue to take proactive and preventive management measures, combining emerging issues and technology, to identify problems and take action early, and strive to protect and enhance the health of all employees, workers, and all personnel in the supply chain.

About <Active Review and Selection Program of Occupational Health and Safety Indicators Disclosed in the Corporate Sustainable Reports>

Since 2022, Occupational Safety and Health Administration has been proactively surveying companies' sustainability reports and encouraging them to proactively demonstrate the "GRI 403 Workplace Health and Safety Proactive Performance Indicators" by publicly recognizing the top 10% of high-performing companies in each industry category, in order to promote the proactive enhancement and public disclosure of companies' occupational health and safety achievements and leading performance.
