To promote employee health and enhance their health-related productivity, ChipMOS respond to the Corporate Health Responsibility program, which is a commitment and appraisal activity held by Common-health-magazine in 2019 and became a CHR commitment Enterprise.

 

ChipMOS values the health of our employees and strongly believes that healthy employees are a crucial cornerstone of cooperate success. Through preventive measures, we aim to eliminate the occurrence of any occupational diseases and prioritize the promotion and management of health.

 

ChipMOS promises to continue creating a healthy and comfortable work environment for our employees in the future. Our dedicated healthcare team will plan annual health management programs, ensuring comprehensive implementation of employee health management. By this way, we aim to protect the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of employees while enhancing their awareness of self-health management.

 

1.Health Examination: Conducing annual employee health check-ups that exceed regulatory standards, aiming for a 99.5% participation rate by 2023.

2.Health Services: Offering on-site medical services and providing access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) resources to assist colleagues in need.

3.Health Promotion: Continuously organizing blood donations, cancer screenings, health seminars, and using company resources to create innovative health-promoting activities. Encouraging colleagues to adopt exercise habits for improved physical and mental health.
