ChipMOS 2022 Sustainable Report、Climate and Environmental Report are released

ChipMOS officially released its "2022 ChipMOS Sustainability Report" and published the first "Climate and Environmental Report." on June 30, 2023. Through the Sustainability Report, ChipMOS provides a comprehensive overview of our ESG Progress and Achievements. Additionally, the Climate and Environmental Report sheds further light on ChipMOS's efforts and progress in addressing climate change and natural environmental issues, demonstrating our commitment to aligning with international standards and implementing sustainable practices.
Since 2014, ChipMOS has been releasing Sustainability Report for 9 consecutive years, following the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, Semiconductor Industry Criteria by the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework. The report undergoes internal and external audits, utilizing a high level of assurance with AA1000 AS v3 Type II and a moderate level of assurance with SASB Type I, ensuring the quality of information disclosure.
With a growing global emphasis on corporate ESG management performance, ChipMOS takes concrete actions to address the significance of various ESG aspects and present our diligent efforts and achievements in our Sustainability Report, ensuring comprehensive disclosure that aligns with the expectations of all stakeholders.
ChipMOS has released the first-ever Climate and Environmental Report, based on the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework, we also introduced the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) framework to proactively implement the latest framework draft beta v0.4 released in March 2023. The report highlights our assessments of the environmental impact of our operational sites and suppliers, including biodiversity significance analysis, demonstrating our comprehensive approach to addressing climate and nature-related issues.
