ChipMOS won 2022 TCSA “Top 100 Corporates” and “Corporate Sustainable Report - Platinum Grade”

The award ceremony of the “2022 the 15th Global and Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards” was held on November 16 in Grand Hotel in Taipei. ChipMOS has been recognized by Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards (TCSA) for six consecutive years, and won the two major special honors, namely the 2022 TCSA “Top 100 Corporates” and “Corporate Sustainable Report - Platinum Grade” with its excellent performance of the sustainability.

 

This year is the 25th year of ChipMOS’ operation. With the long-term commitments of ESG implementation, ChipMOS takes the “green operation,” “diversity and inclusion,” and “robust governance” as the ESG promotional strategy, while linking the SDGs of the UN, to implement the actions and practice the sustainable goals in the operation. Via the pragmatic sustainability strategy and deployment, the Company continue to deepen the management, enhance the activeness, and extend the influence.

 

ChipMOS continuously breaks through and sustainably improves. With the increasing focuses by the international investment institution on the corporate ESG performance, ChipMOS’ sustainability report adopts the international regulations early to be prepared pursuant to the GRI standards and the regulations of Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and complete the third-party validation, and the introduction of Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), plus the specific management approaches furnished, to deepen and broaden the content information, satisfying the needs of various stakeholders for effective communications.

 

In the future, ChipMOS will play a key role in the sustainable supply chain, to drive both the up-and downstream continuously, to satisfy the demands for the products and services in the market, while creating the sustainable values for the environment and society more actively.

About the TCSA:

These are the largest-scaled ESG awards widely valued by the domestic corporates and reputed as the Academy Awards of the Taiwanese corporate sustainability. 424 entities were admitted to the 15th Term of the Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards, an increase of 29% from the previous year, a record high. The review and selection process was objective, fair, transparent and rigorous. The enormous review panel of 874 judges and famous experts and scholars participated for the review and selection, with the focus on the corporate’s overall performance in the three major aspects, namely environmental sustainability (E), social inclusion (S) and corporate governance (G).
