8th Corporate Governance Evaluation, ChipMOS ranked among the top 5% of all TWSE-listed companies

The Taiwan Stock Exchange (“TWSE”) announced the results of the 8th Corporate Governance Evaluation. ChipMOS has been ranked among the top 5% of all TWSE-listed companies and the top 10% of all electronics companies with market cap above NT$10 billion. Total 1,639 companies, 913 TWSE-listed and 726 Taipei Exchange-listed companies included, joined the 8th Corporate Governance Evaluation. There are 46 companies ranked among the top 5% of all TWSE-listed companies and 25 companies ranked among the top 10% of all electronics companies with market cap above NT$10 billion. To comprehensively evaluate the corporate governance of enterprises, the Corporate Governance Evaluation covers the following four dimensions of the evaluation indicators: "Protecting Shareholders' Rights and Interests and Treating Shareholders Equitably", "Enhancing Board Composition and Operation", "Increasing Information Transparency" and "Putting Corporate Social Responsibility into Practice".
With the good evaluation result, we are confident that our efforts are in line with the corporate governance requirements and meet the expectations from the public and shareholders.
