ChipMOS received the high distinction award of promoting workplace work equal rights from Southern Taiwan Science Park, Ministry of Science and Technology on July 30, 2021.

Employees are the most valuable assets of ChipMOS, we are committed to the care and protection of our employees and to the protection of labor rights, in rigorous compliance with central authority norms and international labor and human rights standards; we focuses on the health of employees and workers, maternal health protection and childcare measures. We hold regular screening for women’s cancer and employee health checkups which are better than regulations, and have established a maternal health protection system and a special vendor management system to provide employees with the necessary assistance during childbirth and child rearing; with the goal of taking care of employee’s physical and mental health and work-life balance, we provide 24-hour EAP service, club activities, travel/meal subsidies, and employee activities with family members to achieve work-life balance.

ChipMOS is dedicated to creating a diversified and inclusive workplace, and supports the disadvantaged equal rights to work through various channels, such as: employing people with disabilities, providing diversified employment sources and a safe working place; cooperating with disadvantaged groups like shelter factories and subscribing/adopting their fresh produce to provide practical assistance to protect the disadvantaged people's livelihood and make their business sustainable.

In the future, we will continue to protect the rights and interests of all employees and extend our influence to suppliers to protect the rights and interests of everyone in the supply chain and create a more friendly and harmonious workplace.
