ChipMOS rooted in its sustainable management philosophy of deep commitment to sustainable development and environmental protection, has been honored with the highest "A List" Leadership level in the 2025 CDP Water Security questionnaire. As a globally influential platform for environmental information disclosure, CDP assessed over 20,000 enterprises in this cycle, with only approximately the top 4% of companies making the A List. This achievement signifies that ChipMOS’s water resource management and governance have reached the world's top tier, demonstrating the company's excellence in governance, strategy, and execution.
ChipMOS has long been dedicated to improving water use efficiency and management mechanisms. In 2023, the company successfully obtained the ISO 46001 Water Efficiency Management Systems certification.
