ChipMOS Receives the 2025 Excellent Electronic Invoice Adopted Enterprise

ChipMOS upholds integrity and honesty, complies with tax laws, supports government’s policies, and issues uniform and electronic invoices faithfully. ChipMOS has been recognized by the Ministry of Finance, R.O.C. as the 2025 Excellent Electronic Invoice Adopted Enterprise. On September 4, 2025, Ms. Chang, Hsuen-Ting, Chief of the National Taxation Bureau of the Northern Area, Ministry of Finance, held an award ceremony on behalf of Director-general Ms. LEE, I-HUI at ChipMOS.
Upholding the principles of being fair, honest, ethical, and transparent in all business activities, ChipMOS implements sound corporate governance, actively promotes ethical business practices and legal compliance, and issues uniform invoices and declares taxes in accordance with the law. ChipMOS also actively supports government tax policies, promotes energy conservation and carbon reduction through the use of electronic invoices, and works together to enhance national competitiveness. Among 609,377 business entities in the northern area, ChipMOS distinguished itself as one of the 133 award recipients, representing an award rate of just 0.022%. This honor is a significant recognition and encouragement for ChipMOS.
