ChipMOS 2024 ESG Report was officially released on August 25, 2025, following approval by the Board of Directors, underscoring our strong commitment to sustainable operations and transparency. In line with evolving global disclosure standards, we continue to enhance ESG reporting to provide stakeholders with a comprehensive view of our efforts and achievements.
ChipMOS ESG Report has now published its 10th edition since its launch in 2014. On governance, the Board oversees sustainability planning and reviews ESG topics each quarter; on environment, ChipMOS became the first company in the OSAT industry to obtain the *Recycled Claim Standard* certification and continues advancing circular economy initiatives such as the silicon sludge recycling program in 2025; on society, we launched the Employee Stock Ownership Trust in 2023 with broad participation, sharing business success with employees while also fostering community engagement and environmental stewardship. We remain dedicated to embedding sustainability into our operations and driving joint ESG progress with supply chain partners, working together toward a sustainable future.
