These solutions can be managed through several means including the use of equipment purchased by ChipMOS, equipment consigned by the customer or jointly purchased equipment.

ChipMOS' solutions are designed to comply with the testing strategies of our customers, which minimize hardware, software and correlation issues. Test modules organized at our manufacturing sites are able to utilize our dedicated equipment, operators, engineers and planners, and have the advantages of sharing our world-class test management systems and facilities.

Our test engineering resources provide our customers with the support necessary for maintaining production on a daily basis as well as test program optimization, program conversion from platform-to-platform and test program development.

ChipMOS has the expertise and experiences to provide testing solutions for the entire spectrum of integrated circuits, including simple digital logic, complex ASIC, high speed digital, memory, mixed signal and Display driver IC (DDIC) devices.
