ALERT: ChipMOS DECLARES US$0.14 CASH DIVIDEND

Hsinchu, July 14, 2015 - ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Bermuda) LTD. ("ChipMOS" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: IMOS), an industry leading provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test services ("OSAT"), today declared a cash dividend of US$0.14 per share payable on October 30, 2015 to all common shareholders of record at the close of business on October 16, 2015.

S.J. Cheng, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ChipMOS, said, "This will be our fourth consecutive annual dividend. Our latest dividend declaration is an efficient return of capital to our stockholders as we continue to build shareholder value. This is consistent with the Company's capital allocation strategy and is a direct reflection of the Company's financial strength."
