ChipMOS donated NTD 1 million as waste disposal fund to Southern Taiwan Science Park in 2000.

ChipMOS sponsored sports field and playgrounds in Hsinchu Science Park.

ChipMOS donated NTD 3.5 million to Chian-Fung Primary School located in Nan-toe county for reconstructing the damaged buildings after 921 earthquake in 1999.
