ChipMOS is devoted to implement programs, measures and related training to reduce industrial waste, save energy, and control pollution. Our facilities in Taiwan have been certified as meeting the ISO 14001 environmental standards by the International Organization for Standardization. In order to meet the requirement of green products, ChipMOS has also completed lead-free and halogen-free process control programs in our factories.
